2022 Vendor Registration is NOW OPEN
Interested in becoming a vendor with Acadia Vendors? Complete the application to join our market this season. Things are a little different this year:
- VENDOR CHOICES: $30/day – OR – $50/any 3-days – OR – $100/week
- Vendors provide their own tables, tents and signage. (Some tables and tents available on a first come first serve basis)
- Spots are roughly 10’ x 20’ against the New wall on the Acadia Vendors property
- Vendors may begin setup at 7am and must be broken down and picked up by sunset
- Payments are due on Fridays for the upcoming week or Saturday mornings
- Payment box is inside the red shed on the wall for cash and/or check –> Please make checks payable to: “The Hill”. All payments must include a payment stub (provided in red shed) name/business: today’s date: dates vending: amount enclosed:
Important Vendor Information
Vendor spaces are 100% payable in advance of market participation. No refunds, no barters/trades accepted in place of rental payment. NO ILLEGAL trade or sale of products on Acadia Vendor property is permitted. Spaces reserved by a vendor must be used by the purchasing vendor. No trading or holding spaces without express written consent from the vendor & return written consent of the owner.
Vendors do NOT need to be an LLC or have an expensive insurance policy to be a vendor at our market. All vendors are welcome. If a vendor has Maine State Sales Tax Certificates & Certificates of Vendor’s Liability Insurance please submit these to info@acadiavendors.com. Spaces are 100% payable in advance, NO REFUNDS, NO BARTERS/TRADES ACCEPTED IN PLACE OF RENTAL PAYMENT. Vendors must be appropriately licensed. No illegal trade or sale of products on Acadia Vendor property. Spaces reserved by a vendor must be used by purchasing vendor. No trading or holding spaces without the express written consent from the vendor & return written consent of the owner.
Please Note: Submitting this application does not guarantee your first choice vendor space(s). Once your Acadia Vendors application has been submitted, a member of our team will reach out to each application contact with a status update within 24 hours. If your vendor application is approved, an invoice will be sent to the application contact email for a vendor deposit, which will hold your vendor space.
