VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Vendor spaces are 100% payable in advance of market participation. No refunds, no barters/trades accepted in place of rental payment. Vendors MUST be appropriately licensed and NO ILLEGAL trade or sale of products on Acadia Vendor property is permitted. Spaces reserved by a vendor must be used by the purchasing vendor. No trading or holding spaces without express written consent from the vendor & return written consent of the owner.
If you are an established business with business insurance, Acadia Vendors should be added to your business insurance policy as a rider. A rider is an insurance policy provision that adds benefits to, or amends terms of a basic insurance policy. Riders provide insured parties with options, such as additional insurance coverage. If you are NOT an established business with business insurance, you are still welcome as a vendor!
Please note: You do NOT need to be an LLC or have an expensive insurance policy to be a vendor at our market! If a vendor has Maine State Sales Tax Certificates & Certificates of Vendor’s Liability Insurance, please submit these to info@acadiavendors.com.
DAILY VENDOR MARKET
Our daily vendor market is open from 8:00 a.m. to dusk. Vendor fee is $30.00 per day, $100.00 per week.
SATURDAY VENDOR MARKET
Our Saturday vendor market is advertised locally and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Vendors can rent space for Saturdays only for $30.00.
WEEKEND VENDOR MARKET
Our three day vendor bundle is being offered at a discounted rate of $50.00 /3 days. Your choice of days.
TYPES OF VENDORS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We only ask that all vendors sell legal items. We're currently looking for vendors offering arts, crafts, antiques, collectibles, tools, rentals, tours, florists...the possibilities are endless!
